The Romanian countryside. Times seems to stand still in the mountains and wide plains. The road on this picture is the main road from Belgrad to Temesvar and Bukarest, and to enter the mountains our Jeep was giving his best.

The villages are built along the roads. There are several churches, testifying the complexity of the population who lived and still lives here: Romanians, Germans, Hungarians, Serbs, Orthodox, Protestants, Catholics - the multiethnic monarchy has left her heritage.

Cows and sheep graze with a shepherd, the pond is the center of the village.

And the gypsies travel on horse carriages as they did for centuries.
